Bluescreen Screen Saver?

theres this "joke" program that simulates the BSoD as a screen saver
its made by sysinternals
i am asking how to remove it, ive tried every suggestion of antivirus there was
and i also have a blue background that replaced my wallpaper that says
"Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer."
it is a yellow and blue background

There is a joke like that, but your description and the little I can get from your hijackthis tells me that it's a more serious bit of malware you have. We use hijackthis as part of a set of scans that gives us more complete information. In your case, I think it would be worth your time to go ahead with all the scans and attach the logs so can look at more of the details.
