bluetooth dongle?

i have a motorola ht820 headset. i connect it to my pc using a bluetooth dongle. the sound is ok on mono. but stereo lags alot. is that something to do with my dongle? if i buy a better dongle will i be able to use stereo no problem? if it is the problem, then could you recommend one?

 

A few shots in the dark:

Go to the Bluetooth dongle's mfr. web site and be sure you have the latest drivers. Windows Update won't always catch them.

If this doesn't work, I would poke around Motorola's support page and user forums on the ht820 for more info. Although Bluetooth is theoretically a universal standard, the reality is not all Bluetooth devices play nice with all adapters.
