I have a Lenovo Y410 laptop running Vista Home Premium.
    There are two problems
My computer starts up slowly and Windows mail hangs for a few minutes.
The computer brings up a message "found new hardware" and is looking for a bluetooth peripheral device driver which it cannot find.
It then cycles through thhat process despite being told to ignore the issue.

Attached is Hijack this logfile and sartup file listing.
    Please help.

    Hi

Nothing in your logs that stand out as an issue, but the Hijackthis log is not going to tell if malware is to play here as its a poor test for malware.

But open Device Manager up and what if any yellow ! marks or red X's do you have, please mention all of them as its relevant.

I would install this driver first HERE then reboot and install this BT one HERE then reboot and test.
