Today for no apparent reason my mice will not work on my windows 10 desktop. I have tried three different ones all with new batteries installed but no action. One is brand new out of the packet, two are Logitech and one is Microsoft and they all work on another PC. I have done a reboot and tried uninstalling them from Device manager but still nothing. I am using an ancient wired optical mouse however I hate having cords so want to get the others working. Any ideas welcome, the computer is only about two months old.

Have you opened Device Manager and checked if Bluetooth is showing and working properly?

What is the brand and exact model of your desktop computer?
We can look for the correct drivers once that info is posted.

thanks Plod, my computer is a custom build, however the mice are back in action. I uninstalled all the mice from device manager, suddenly problem was resolved. I should have thought of doing that first,
