Bluetooth on Acer 6935

Hi guys. Recently I bought a great cellphone and I would love to hook it up with some files using Bluetooth. Bluetooth is built into this model computer. No doubt. :/

However its not functioning. Or something isnt.
My model has buttons on the side that turn on/off wireless connections and Bluetooth. When I press the Bluetooth button I get a 'No Bluetooth Device' message. There is also no sign of Bluetooth settings in Control Panel or anywhere really.

Ive seen ONE file: C:/windows/System32/bthudtask.exe, but it doesnt do anything when clicked/opened. (yes as admin and not)

Ive reinstalled the button drivers and software already.
I dont see any errors in the hardware list. But then again, i have no idea what exactly a Bluetooth hardware would be named in the list.
