Bluetooth

Hi, I saw on a television program that there is software available that allows you to obtain data and from 'communicate with' bluetooth enabled mobile devices within range of your computer. This would be great as I have multiple bluetooth devices. And do not have the sotware to connect to all of them. The thing is I am not able to fnd this sotware anywhere on the net. Is this possible and where is the software available. Thanks for your help!

Thanks. I have been looking here for a long time and the information has helped me so many times but have never posted. I knew someone here would be able to help me. My laptop does have bluetooth.

Thanks for that link. I leads me to believe that I am not able to explore another devices files and folders etc without actually being in control of the other device ie having its software installed? Is this true? Sorry, im really confused. Thanks for all your help.

 

bluetooth is just a simple wireless standard. Since your laptop has bluetooth, it will be able to 'bond' with other bluetooth devices (PDA's, Cell Phones, keyboards and mice, etc)
