Blurred white&grey screen flashing grey lines that fixes it self upon startup of the windows startup screen to sign in?. then it disappears

Hi my name is Gregg I am new here. just looking for some insight of this problem.
what I have currently done update all software done virus, malware, Trojans , scans

Computer info:
HP Pavilion g7 series
Graphics: AMD - A4-3300M APU with Radeon(fm) HD Graphics, 1900 Mhz. 2 core 2 lo
Windows 7 Home Premium
Service Packs: 6.1.7601 service pack 1 Build 7601

Any help with this would be great

Hi yes all windows 7 updates are up to date. and all drivers are up to date, and fan as been cleaned and air ports cleaned. the laptop boots up fine and loads fine. just this blur white and grey lines on screen on powering up. then goes away at the password sign in. Is this a hardware or wire to the screen. the laptop as been fully flushed of all viruses and malware, Trojans, spyware, adware,

sounds like the video chip needs to be re-flowed or re-balled, I had the same problem with my HP dv9000, I found a place in FL that fixed it for $60.
