BOClean permissions problem

    i just downloaded the latest version of BOClean last night and today when it tried to update got this pop-up:

    Permissions of connectivity problem! Unable to copy file to the BOC425 folder!

    then it tells me to visit the support page and "do what it explains at the bottom" which is completely unhelpful as there is nothing "to do" at the bottom.

    my year old HP desktop runs Vista.

    any experience it helpful!
