BOClean report--motherload of trojans

PLease instructm me on how to remove these trojans. i did follow malware removal but nothing works. here is the only program i could get a report from.

Please go through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs when you're finished. If you can't do something, please make a note of what doesn't work and then continue on with the rest of the instructions. Let me know how this goes.
