hey i got bought bioshock for my laptop and im having some problems playing it, seems to be a bit jumpy is there any way you guys no i can make it play beta.

laptop specs.

AMD turion 64 x2 mobile tecnology TL58 1.90GHz
2gb ram
nvidia geforce go 7150
160gb hard drive.

it is also saying i am missing a nvida driver, everytime i go to download i web page freezes.

its not going to look the best with that setup so just turn down the settings a bit. lowering the resolution will effect performance the most, and make sure Anti-aliasing is off as well. Basically just tweak the in-game visual settings until you get it to play well. Just realize you're going to sacrifice some visual quality to play it smoothly
