Bookmarks for Firefox

    Ok i'm getting used to FF but what i miss most is the toolbar like IE where i had bookmarks fro pages i go to most like Major Geeks. Does FF have an Ext. that works like IE drag and drop toolbar.I had it earlier before i had to reinstall XP but i forgot to write everything down for later...(dang it) And i figured out .....sorta...how to keep my homepage the same without login in again and again. :confused:

    When you installed firefox, you should have been given the option to import all info and settings from I.E. ......fo to bookmarks ...manage bookmarks ...import ...should then give you option to import from I.E. ....:) :)

    I've added a icon on the toolbar that opens all my bookmarks ...have to try to remember how ...sure it was on the ff help page.

    Well I saw that option but at the time I had just reinstalled Xp Sp1 and Sp2 and all the updates (which to forever!) So i didn't set any bookmarks or anything else except Win update as my home page for all the updates, I'll check out the link .But before i had "bookmarks" or Quicklinks whatever ther called on a toolbar below the searchbar like Windows. And i just forgot what i did or how.

    If you have FF installed go to File/Import and Microsoft Internet Explorer should be check then click next. Hope that helps

    View ....toolbar ...customize ....add any icon that you want!!!:) :)

    Under View>Toolbars>click and put a check by Bookmarks Toolbar. Open Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks then drag or copy any bookmarks you want into the Bookmarks Toolbar folder and they will appear in the Bookmarks Toolbar.
