Boot Devices changed - help!

Hello there,

I'm afraid I just downloaded a dodgy .exe file and it immediately gave my system what I think is a worm virus. It took away my access and disabled my account straight away so I rebooted and was told that my boot devices had been changed, so I went into Windows regardless and tried a System Restore but when I booted up there was the same message, despite the system restore evidently working.

I at least have access now but I'm obviously hoping to neutralise the threat and get my boot devices back to how they were, but I haven't the tiniest clue about how to do this. The blue screen options that are available to me when I enter setup are all totally unfamiliar to me.

Could somebody please help me? I'm wondering whether my whole system is going to go 'tits up' on me at Christmas just at a time when I'm relying on the likes of Messenger and so on to keep in touch with friends and family.

What is the exact word for word message that pops up? Can you post a screenshot?
