So, is there any Dos build that can do this?

If you want some backup story, I have a 16GB Kingston stick partitioned to 5 different partitions. I have the Dos partition (~64MB) as the first partition, because it should work on almost any computer.
    What Dos should I use?

Some computers do not respond well to partitioned flash drives, especially when trying to boot from them.

So what, I can also use it for playing some Dos games that do not work correctly with DosBox etc. Do you know any proper builds for this?

I think MS-DOS 6.22 is abandonware now, but I am not sure.

I do not care how legal it is :p

Just some Dos that supports USB.

I doubt there is any old-fashioned DOS with USB support. Also, you will respect the law here or you will be banned.
