Boot Issue - POST/boot/POST, etc.

    Hi All:

    Wondering if anyone has had experience with this issue... My home system will not cold boot w/o several tries. Once RAM test completes, it simply runs POST again, etc. Allowing this to cycle many times will eventually allow the machine to boot. It's almost as if the board/RAM/CPU (?) has to get warm for the boot cycle to complete.

    Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.

    Sounds like maybe bad Ram? Try putting one stick in at a time, then start it.

    That's exactly what I was thinking, but it didn't remedy the problem. It's almost like the mobo has gone sour.
