Boot problem on windows 7 after Spybot2.0 scan

Hi,
I experienced some problem in boot up my Windows 7 system after a scan and clean with Spybot S&D 2.0. I asked the program to do a registry back-up but it doesn't seem to do. Now I only can boot up in safe mode. I also tried to use windows back-up but it doesn't work.

Someone have any suggestion on how to recover the system?

Have you tried un-installing the program all together? Sometimes that works.

Just a suggestion. Then you can try restoring your system to an earlier time.

Try this first and then go from there.

thank you for your help.
I don't have have the OS disk...
Finally I managed to restore my pc with the system back-up.
but it still work bad (this is why I run Spybot). I'm sure there is a lot of junk and I don't know how to clean up. I also have difficult unistalling applications from the control panel... also with ccleaner it's impossible to unistall any application!


any suggestion?
