First boot into safe mode ...then try safe with networking ...from there we can try to figure it out.

I had the same problem. Drove me nuts for a month! I suspected tht it had something to do with windows trying to detect network connections. I disabled them one at a time and tried to reboot. Sure enough, when I disabled my 1394 connection, the problem went away and hasn't returned! I don't use my firewire connection anyway.

    Good Luck!

Should I have it run at start-up? Also where is save back-up? I looked in issues could not find
it. Also in utilities I have spybot and EZ antivirus scan should I uncheck them? or will it delete them if they are checked? I dl cc cleaner just didnt run it with these questions If I leave everything in default mode for cc cleaner, what do you think? thanks again

Run the cleaner in the windows pane ....not applications.
When you click on issues ....scan ...then run cleaner/fix issues it will prompt for you to save a backup to your doc. folder ...do so.
Then scan for viruses ....can go online to paanda.com

Ran cleaner, ran spybot and virus scan, all seemed ok, but when I was online, all of a sudden it dumped me offline, and it went to the boot-up screnn again and I had to re-log onto puter. Any ideas??? Thanks Not sure what you mean about running cc from windows pane and not applications. I downloaded cc then I ran cleaner. Thanks again.

CCleaner .....first option on left is cleaner ....with two panes: windows and applications ...(run the cleaner under the windows pane ....not the applications pane).
Second option on left is issues ....scan for issues ....then fix issues (will be prompted to save in case of oops ....save).
Control panel / admin tools / event viewer ...check both system and applications for error reports (most recent) and click on them ...will be a link that should provide info as to the nature of the error.:)

I just read the note that you sent with the specific errors. I'm not positive, but this could be a problem with your video driver. Are we talking about a PC or notebook computer? What kind of video card do you have? Are you sure that you have the latest driver for your video card installed? Have you recently updated the driver for your video card or monitor just prior to getting the problem?

    Let me know.

In addition I recommend disabling Automatic Restart within:

Right click on My Computer, select properties, click the Advanced Tab, then within "Startup and Recovery Settings", uncheck Automatic Restart. Press Ok, Ok....

Now when you get that BSOD, we can find out what error code you are receiving, and perhaps narrow down your issue.

Also, uploading that .dmp file located within c:\windows\minidump would also be helpful. Note the latest should be okay. Someone here can analyze it for ye.

It's a pc, not sure of video card, how do I update video driver? If I uncheck auto start, and if there is a problem what will happen to puter without auto start? Thanks again

So, even with setting the computer to not autoreboot, within "Startup and recovery" options still reboots your machine?

Also, can you attach this: C\Docume~1\ownwer\locals~1\temp\wer3a15.dir00\mini062506-03.dmp

Or any other file (latest preferable) within c:\windows\minidump

Is there any programs out there that I can run to help me either update my unknown driver problem that I have, or find out which one is causing my shut down problem that I am having. I have sent report to Microsoft and It comes back unknown driver. I have basic setup for puter, no gaming devices hooked up. Any help would be greatful. Thanks

It may be as simple as a software conflict. Maybe one of your startup programs is malfunctioning. Try disabling a few via the msconfig utility in safe mode. Go to start->run, type msconfig and click ok. Select the Startup tab and deselect programs you don't absolutely need. Click ok and reboot.
