Bosses Comp Has Major Virus

So my boss has been having problems with his computer these last couple weeks and today it decided to just stop opening any program. Everytime he goes to open something an error saying that these files can't be opened bc of internet security settings. I can't get into anything at all, nothing shows up in the start menu, all pinned programs are gone. I looked around for some solutions online and was able to create a new admin account which has allowed me to run programs but I want/need to clean the computer so the old admin account works again. Also, the cd drive is not showing in windows explorer. THe computer is running win8. Attached is the roguekiller report. Thanks in advance for the help
