boyfriend's computer... xp laptop hazard

I did all the steps on the "proceed before asking" sticky:

one online scan, bitedefender, found many problems and deleted them.
the free trojan scan found many trojan downloaders but asquared wouldn't install correctly.

ad aware found nothing

microsoft anti-spyware deleted a toolbar

ccleaner deleted 13mb of.. crap.. i guess you'd call it.

spybot found 2 entries of:
CoolWWWSearch.feat2DLL
that it could not delete for whatever reason.

This laptop is insanely cluttered with unnecessary files/programs/processes. is that what it looks like? is there anything he can do to clean it up?

Make sure you do not reboot after completeing the tutorial. Post the Abut:Buster log and a fresh HijackThis log.
