Brain Storming Help

So i'm a Junior in high school and i'm in a physical science class which i've been forced to take by my school and im bored to tears with it because I literally know everything being taught and my teacher made a deal with me that I do the Junior Science Symposium at Monmouth University in New Jersey where I live because i'm a wiz at science. Well I can't think of an idea to do a research project on and I think I just need some brainstorming help if you could provide me with some input. My strongest background is in Aquaculture and Enviromental Sciences so far these are the science classes i've taken.

1. Honors Biology
2. Aquaculture
3. Enviromental Sciences
4. Biology 101 (College)
5. Biology 102 (College)

I know i'd like to do something with Aquaculture and Eviromental science as how I excelled in those classes. I would appericate any input because this is important to me I could get a full ride to Monmouth if I win! So any help is much appericated. Thanks in advance!

 

One thing that interest me is the viability of biological alternatives ot oil,could the deserts of america be turned in to rich plantations for growing such crops can hemp to be used as fuel,is it possible,energy output compared to fossil fuels,manufacturing of products using plant matter,effect on the enviorment,economy ect
there are millions of experiments to undertake and many subcategories which each could be broken down into a full paper
