Brand New PC: Not Enough Space On The Disk?

What is going on?
I just got a new PC less than a month ago and already I'm getting a popup that says:
THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SPACE ON THE DISK.
What?
Based on what Belarc shows below. Can anyone tell me why this PC thinks there's not enough space on the disk. I rebooted and am still getting the popup.
