Help! So I have looked through countless threads here on the BraviaX virus, and how to remove it. However, so far EVERYTHING I've tried seems to not work. Every time my computer restarts, (either by me or somehow itself), everything that appeared to be removed is back again! I have tried Combofix, Smitfraudfix, RootRepeal, Ccleaner, SuperAntiSpyware, Avenger.exe, and MGtools. Nothing seems to do the trick! Specifically, the virus(es) are doing things like slowing my internet speed, changing the whole look inside Google, redirecting all google's links to something that starts with "windowsclick...", playing random sound and music that I never opened with no applications running, not allowing system restore to run, crashing SuperAntispyware, not allowing MBAM and SAS to run now at all, a small red circle with a white X saying "your computer is infected" in the right corner of my taskbar, shutting the computer off when SAS is scanning (before it stopped working), and installing Home Antivirus 2010 which I know is fake. Basically, one load of crap after another. I have worked on this for a week now and I can't seem to crack this one ... any ideas are appreciated greatly!

Were you able to run MGTools? You should have a log here:
    C:\MGLogs.zip

Have you tried running the other scans in safe mode? Did you rename them as suggested.

I can't help you unless you are able to attach whatever logs you can produce...mainly at this point the MGLogs.zip.

Unfortunately, there may have been a log on there, but now the computer cannot even boot windows. Let me explain. I tried one last program to help called PC spyware doctor, and was able to remove all the viruses no other program could. I restarted the computer after I cleared the quarantine, and it worked fine. No more viruses or problems. I shut it down and went to bed at 1:30 in the morning. I wake up the next morning and try to turn it on, and the BIOS screen comes up saying "Windows cannot boot because of the following problem: the file Hal.dll is corrupted or missing. Please replace or repair file" and then restarts and the cycle continues. Is there any hope left??

It may be that Spyware Doctor removed that file. You need to post in the software forum regarding getting that file back and booting your system.
