    I am running windowsxp, with zonealarm firewall
    some sites when i goto download information i am asked to install activex
    it asks me to install a bridge-***.cab
    I don't because i belive it to be spyware related
    how can i bi pass, or uninstall
    i am missing out on some useful information because of these imitations

    PP or Chaslang will answer you about the .cab ActiveX. In the meantime you might consider D/L Firefox and using that as your browser. There aren't any ActiveX holes in it.
