British stormtroopers and children

I've always wondered how they got kids to stop bugging them.:-D

 

I'm not sure if he's British now,anyone recognise the uniform?

EDIT yeah he is,a member of the Queens guard I believe not the grenadiers.

 

The plume on the helmet (white) and the button spacing (2 X 5) suggest he is The household cavalry/ Life guards.

When standing foot guard they wear the uniform that you see with the boots but when mounted on horse the also wear the silver breastplate.
