Brothers Laser Printers

My Brothers laser disc will not load the printers name in the install , the WIFI

Trying to get Brothers HL-L2370DW printer to load disc to load.

 

Did your read the Quick Setup Guide?

It won't load "HL-L2370DW" in the Select Machine.

 

From the guide you can try an alternate wireless setup...

To select each menu option, press ▲
or ▼, and then press
OK
to confirm.
Select
[Network]
>
[WLAN]
>
[Setup Wizard]
, and then press ▼

Then enter your wireless information....

I've assumed its setup you are trying to complete.
I recently had to replace an ageing printer and chose brother too. The WPS wireless setup method did not work, on the old printer or the new Brother printer I bought to replace it.

I had to go manual wireless setup mode on the new Brother, which was probably not much slower than pressing WPS buttons.

Then windows ought to find the printer, as it did here, once its on the network... hope that helps...
