Browse.dll Missing

    Hi

    Need help again desperate.All my desktop icons ,task bar and start buttons are missing on start up.I just get a blank screen with desktop picture .Error message says explorer.exe failed to connect,also BROWSEUI.DLL not found or something like that it looks pretty bad.I tried starting in safe mode but got a screen full up with system32 driver paths.i can get to task manager but thats about it.help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please reboot your PC and write down the exact word for word error messages you are getting for explorer.exe and browseui.dll. DO NOT translate them into your own words. Give us the exact wording and punctuation. If there are any error numbers, also include them.

    What version of Windows are you using and do you have a bootable copy of the Windows CD for your OS?

    If you try to run explorer.exe from Task Manager's File, New Task (Run...) option, what happens exactly?
