Browser Hijacked

    I'm pretty sure my browser has been hijacked. It jumps up and down. It was hard for me to click to get here, but I'm here. I have a hijackthis log... I don't know what to do. Here's the first log. Thanks.

    I just wanted to add...now that I can get back here that I would appreciate any help SO much. I have a server attached. I unplugged it and d/c it from the web, but I'm afraid to even try to look at it. I'm very new, but I learn fast. Thank you...
