Browser Infection

Hi Guys,

Long time reader (and downloader) first time poster.

I am having a problem with something on my system continually (about every 3-5 minutes) loading up my browser (or new tab) with pop-up adds for all the standard stuff (work from home, casinos, cheap credit cards, etc). Example of the url is "http://www.dealiotoday.com/muon.html" or "http://www.intern-etadvertising.com/proton.html". It also resizes the browser when they load. Some are not in the browser but seem to be those stand alone odd shape applets you get over the top of the browser sometimes.

I have run CWshredder, spybot s&d and full norton scan and while things were detected and deleted, this problem persists. I have also attached my Hijack this log incase this can point to the problem.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
