If I decide to switch to Mozilla Firefox (for enhanced security) what do you do about email? Can I still keep using Outlook Express in IE?

I use both FireFox and Outlook Express without any problems. I keep IE as my default browser just in case I click on a link within an e-mail which may only work in IE and not supported in FireFox.

When you need to view a page in IE, use the IE View and/or IE Tab extensions. Then you won't have to leave your browser to open an IE window (IE and FF tabs are still grouped in the same window). With these extensions you can still use Outlook and not lose the IE-based functionality (Firefox changes the layout, but it still works the same).
Until you make Firefox your default browser, IE will still be, so if you have any "open default Internet browser" shortcuts, IE will still open until you change it.
