I apologise first of I have missed adhering to a rule, but I cannot download any program files from the internet. My browser (Edge) is like a snail. I have the following:
    Windows 10 (upgraded last week)
    Using Microsoft Edge
    Bullguard AV Suite
    Spywareblaster
    MBAM
    MBAM Anti Exploit

    Scans with these yield nothing

If you cannot help me I am going to bite the bullet and restore factory settings to get back to Win 8.1. Please Help

Can you download the scanning tools from the Read and Run FIrst instructions to a different computer and transfer via thumb drive?

It is most important to get the logs from:
    Hitman
    RogueKiller
    MBAM
    TDSsKiller and
    MGLogs.zip

I am running the tools but not deleting any files that they find, is that correct ?
    Thanks

    Hi there,

I successfully downloaded, transferred and run the tools.
The only one that seemed to come up with something apart from MGTools was Roguekiller. It seemed to identify something called Bootstrap and other things, I now my PC is an HP and they have something like that in their utilities I think.
I ran and let CCCleaner delete items but didn't tell RogueKiller to delete anything. I had to go to UAC and slide it to never as MGTools wouldn't run before I did that.
I have attached all log files.
Oh, by the way, when I tried days ago to clear out history, cookies, etc from within Edge itself it wouldn't let me clear anything at all.
    Hope it's not to serious.

Not finding much in your logs. Rerun RogueKiller and have it fix these items:

    Code:
    ¤¤¤ Registry : 8 ¤¤¤
    [Suspicious.Path] (X64) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\BdProcMon (\??\C:\Users\Gary\AppData\Local\Temp\nsz8FE9.tmp\BdProcMon.sys) -> Found
    [Suspicious.Path] (X64) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet001\Services\BdProcMon (\??\C:\Users\Gary\AppData\Local\Temp\nsz8FE9.tmp\BdProcMon.sys) -> Found
Reboot and rescan with RogueKiller and attach the new log.

Have you tried any other browsers and does the problem exist with them as well?

Ran RogueKiller again and attach new log.

Yes, I was using Chrome and Edge simultaneously and both had same problems.

When I tried to download an exe program file e.g. adwcleaner it would stop and say it couldn't do it and left a partial download in the Downloads folder called adwcleaner_exe.ajdhy.partial; and each time I tried it the same name appeared except the last 5 letters were quite random. Just tried it again, same result and this time calls the file adwcleaner_5_001.exe.ainp96i.partial

It's still acting like a snail and very often pages say not responding and have to reload, your malware downloads page for example took over a minute to load in Edge and had to recover it once.
Do you think it's a Windows 10 issue after upgrading from 8.1 ?
    Thanks

Oh by the way, could you have a look at my Bullguard AV settings to see if all is set up ok ?
If you decide my system is clean of virus and malware is there someone else that deals with system stuff that could take over the post?

Oh and Google Chrome was installed with one of your malware programs, just started it and tried downloading adwcleaner from Toolslib and it has worked so must be Microsoft Edge somehow. How long Chrome will do this for I don't know as I remember it working last week and then stopped working.

I am not finding any malware in your logs so I suggest you post in the software forum for additinal assistance. I could be a Windows 10 issue.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.

[*]After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

Hi, I can't see an MGTools.bat file in the same folder as the exe file ?

    Tim,

MajorAttitude in the software forum is saying that I shouldn't have Spywareblaster running as well as MBAM and that I should only have Bullguard running in real time as the others will conflict and slow me down, do you agree ?

Are you running the paid for versions of Spywareblaster and MBAM? IF not, then it is ok to have them since they only run when demanded.

Yes, I have paid for version of MBAM but you can deregister to stop Real Time protection and autoupdates. Spywareblaster is not paid for so doesn't have automatic updating.

Yes Chrome seems to be a lot quicker than Edge and all I want out of life is a quick internet experience, not too much to ask for really.
