Browsers slow and recieving error 10055 and only connecting randomly on firefox & IE

    I am running firefox and keep getting error 10055 or I cannot load a page for minutes at a time.
    I've reset the winsock and i've tried IE and all the same.
    I have even reinstalled firefox and ran adaware and rebooted.
    I'm going nut's watching the pages go 3 and four minutes a shot!!
