    Hi

What Windows version and Service Pack (if applicable)?

You have no yellow ! marks in Device manager?

What software have you reciently installed or updated just before this happened?

Try booting to Safe Mode (F8 at boot) and see if you still get the same BSOD? could also use msconfig and disable all startups and see if the same BSOD happens, if not enable one startup at a time until you get a BSOD and the last application is likely to be the cause.

More often that not a 3rd party security application is the cause if a driver is not the cause as some AV or Firewalls do install drivers or processes of their own which maybe the fault, especially if they conflict with another application, so please name all your security applications installed.

Also is their a recreation steps to this BSOD as in a specfic application causes this?

"Isn't caused by any driver" - no drivers are even listed as being loaded when the crashes happen ... very strange!

@ DavidGP: it's running Windows XP Pro SP3 according to the CPU-Z validation page.

System Event Viewer may hold some clues.

Two other causes: RAM and malware.

Note: This is a .ISO file. You will need a blank CD\DVD and a program that can burn an ISO image.
After you burn the ISO, you boot the computer from the CD. You can stop it if 1 or more errors are reported because that means one or more sticks are bad.
