Last time i got a BSOD was when i closed about 3 programs. so i thinking it might be the ram but it doesn't happen very often. Once a day or 2 days.

Three different error messages. Any yellow flags in your device manager? I would suspect a faulty driver or driver update issue.

What OS are you running? All up to date?

I believe it was my 128mb stick of ram that i put in so far no BSOD after removing that ram. Also no errors anymore when memtest was trying to prepare for testing.
