Buffering while watching videos

Over the past several weeks my system has been buffering using Youtube and I just can figure it out. I have roadrunner turbo and have cleared all history etc. on my browser shut down pc, run various anti virus software and still buffering. Any thoughts on how I might resolve.

Run a jitter test and post back. The spec's of the machine have nothing to do with watching videos on Youtube. The majority is with google in how bad they have made it, compered to how youtube was, before they got a hold of it. They have pretty much ruined a good product.
