buffering ?

    Since I installed Win 8, when online, I notice that it takes an extra second of buffering or that little circle spinning before I reach the page I clicked. I can get there faster by clicking refresh. It is only while surfing and not all the time.
    I can accept it as is unless there is something I can do about it.
    I run MSIE 10.
