Bug or Not?

    My computer is an old Dell,Win XP. When I try to open internet options it just flashes on then back off. Won't go to it.

    Will it connect to the internet ? Are there other problems with the computer ?

    Its connected, Im on it now. My connection is a little slow though. I use Google Chrome not IE. IE is slow as a snail.

    Windows is up to date,SP3. I tried all 3 ways, nothing works.

    Start here http://www.dougknox.com/index.html
    In the left column, click on Win XP Fixes.
    Scroll in the right pane until you see Fix Internet Options Restriction and click on it.
    Read about the vbs file and download it to fix the problem.
