Bugcode_usb_driver

Hello geeks!

Well this is my first post on this board, and i hope some will come up with a solution to my problem.

I have a DELL inspiron 6400. Windows XP home media center version with SP2 already installed when i get the computer. I have created 2 profiles on it. When i switch from one profile to the other, or when starting the computer, often, i get the blue screen saying BUGCODE_USB_DRIVE with an error code at the end. something starting with 0x0000002. I have heard that this problem may be related to corrupted usb driver. I have my cordless mouse, my printer and an external HD (can this be the cause of the error?)

Microsoft is supposed to have develloped somekind of patch for that, but it is nowhere to be found. Can someone help on this matter, as i don't want to re-install all windows xp and software again. There must be somekind of procedure that i am not aware of...

Oh and by the way, can this problem be the cause of another one. When playing games, the game shutout for nor reason and brind me back to the desktop. I have installed latest video driver (Ati X1400 256mg card)
