Bugger in D Need advise

I used to have great internet performance. Then I got some Malware. From that point on it my internet has been ruined and almost unusable. I have scanned and scanned with all sorts of malware removal tools and virus programs. I have followed the guide here for malware removal. And my system as always scans clean. I have been waiting weeks for someone to look at my Hijack logs on a different site. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I have some sort of internet connection / malware related issue on my system. No matter what I do it always gets back to bad download and slow internet performance. I have reformatted and reinstalled 4 times. I just want to get my system to factory settings. I have a feeling the virus must have got into the D: Recovery partition and is automatically being reinstalled after every reformat. I can scan D with software but it will not let me in to manually look at it. So is there anything I can do to make sure it is clean? What will happen if I delete partition D then ran recovery from the disks? Of course I have just recovery disks. Will I lose anything? Every thing I need or purchased since buying the computer I have driver disks for. Or do you have any other suggestions on what to do. I am out of ideas. :cry

Since you state you have followed the instructions of the malware removal guide here, the next best step would be to complete those instructions and post the logs that were requested. An Authorized Malware Fighter will then be along to review your logs. [/FONT]
