Built new system vista locks up???

    Built a new gaming system, when I load vista home premium 64 bit it says windows is loading files then flips to black screen with microsoft corp at bottom
    and green flash across screen like it is thinking, then flips to blue windoes screen with no writing on it and that is as far as it goes
