I recently made a video with photos and background music using Windows Movie Maker. It plays in Windows Media Player. I want to burn it to CD or Dvd. The problem is that it will not save. Should I be using DVD's or CD-R's? I tried a CD-R and only the music saved. I want to save this file to give to people but I can't figure out how to do it. I want it so when a person puts the CD in the drive Windows media player pops up. Can anyone help? Thanks

Ive never used windows movie maker so not sure what format it leaves the video in.

Is the vide one file? If so what is the file extension? ie .avi, .mpg, .wmv?

Or is it more than one file? If so are the file extensions vob, bup and ifo?

The burn program(nero or pinacle) has setting for music+data CDR's make sure that is checked/ not just music/
As far as WMP booting when they drop in the pc Hmmmm.seems like they would have to have it installed .Or it would just play on whatever media player the viewer has.
