does anyone know why I keep getting this burn error message

OK sorry I'm not going to sit and read all of that, but can you give us your full system spec and what you are trying to do, i.e. trying to burn an audio disc with 10 tracks...

 

You need to enable DMA for you Ricoh DVD burner.
