Business Logic and *WCU files

I am running XP Home edition on a Medion computer. There are five user accounts. Whilst spring cleaning I have noticed that four of the five users have a folder C:\Documents and Settings\(name)\Application Data\Business Logic.
Each folder contains numerous *wcu files. My folder is by far the largest, being some 5Gb in size. I have moved this folder to a different lhave suffered no apparent consequences as a result.
I have tried to identify these files by searching on Google, but have found no answer. (The site that mentions flash cards is of no use, thanks).
Does anyone know what these files are for? Can they be safely deleted, or do I need to hang on to them?

Thank you so much. I never realised that Business Logic made the program. Simple when you know how!!
I am now embarrassed at how much junk I have accumulated!.
