Buy an Ibuypower pc or just get the parts and build one?

Should i buy an Ibuypower pc or just get the parts and build one?

I am looking for a pc with the specs below
OS: Windows XP
Video Card: GeForce 8800GT
RAM: 2GB
CPU: AMD Phenom X4 9600
PSU: 600 Watt
Hard Drive: 500GB

 

personally I would build it myself.That way you would be saving a few bucks and you can load os to your liking without the fear of bloated software being installed. and of course what brand of ram and what motherboard you want

 

...and you'd learn alot about PCs in general, and you'd know exactly what parts you have, and how they do what they do. Building your own PC is highly recommended, and it's a lot easier than most people think. Just remember to install the back plate (also known as the I/O shield) first, BEFORE installing anything else. The first 2 or 3 PCs I built, I forgot to put the back plate in until towards the end, and then had to take the motherboard all the way out, put in the back plate, and replace the mobo.... major pain in the ***... so now I put it in FIRST! Before anything else, before the power supply, before any drives, before any fans, F I R S T ! ! ! Just a tip

Can you point me to a guide like a DIY. I want to built a pc myself i have never done it before but i have installed ram and a video card.
