I am finally going to build a computer after a few months of planning. I was just wondering when the best time during the holiday season, is to buy parts(internet sites and maybe local best buy)

If you are moving to AZ, there is a Fry's Electronics in Phoenix and I believe Tempe.

Who knows when the best time is?!?

I always shop on Black Friday anyway.

im in new york for 3 weeks. Im planning on building here and i dont think frys will be much cheaper maybe just no shipping, they also wouldent have as good a selection.

Just was wondering if i should wait till after christmas to buy stuff online. I didnt think it would make a difference but not sure.

After christmas also = lots of returned parts that work perfectly but not with X's computer OR X doesn't know how to set it up properly.

I got a DVD dual layer burner for about £30 last christmas season for just that reason :D

Oh and the problem with online shops: hardly any of them have a "bargain bin" or "preowned parts" :D
