C Drive memory Depleting By The Minute

Hi yall doing.I have a BIG PROBLEM. I had a computer with xp installed on it. I started getting low disc space errrors, so i just uninstaled programs i didnt need. 2 Days later i got the same message,so once again i uninstalled some programs. After that i started checking my c drive space and it was depleting by the minute.i googled my problem and couldn't find any help.I then went to www.pcultracare.com for remote help and they weren't able to help me. I then did a fresh installs of windows,and the problem was still there.I gave up and just went brought another computer.Guess what!! Space was depleting from my new computer also.(it has vista) So that means it has something to do with my broadband connection.(i think) Please anyone who would take the time out there busy day to help me i will sho appreciate.Please this is frusterating me.

It actually does not sound like a malware issue unless you transferred some particular malware problem over to your new Vista PC. It sounds more like a backup program is running or perhapss when you say by the minute, you were exaggerating and the drive space decrease is after each boot. If the latter is what you really meant then you are just seeing a decrease due to System Restore points being made.

If you want to check for malware, we can do that too. Just follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
