While I look at your logs, please go back to step 1 of the READ & RUN ME and follow the instructions for putting your PC into normal startup mode and remain in normal startup. You should not be using MSconfig to control startups like this.

 

Based on your logs this does not appear to be a malware issue. It looks like it may have been from some software you possibly had installed at one time. Does OpinionSquare sound familiar to you. See these:

Did you have this on your PC and uninstall it?

Do you see the below file on your PC?
c:\windows\system32\opservice.exe

 

Are you sure that it said OPService.exe or was it QPService.exe. It the latter, it is due to an HP program you are running.

And the below services may be related to it:

This is not a malware issue. I suggest you talk to HP or post in the Software Forum.
