cache clean 3.0 error

I dont know which section this goes under but i recently dloaded the cache clean 3.0 program and right after i click on it to run it gives me this message "the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

So can anyone help me and tell me why it won't work, I've re-installed it twice to see if it would help but doesn't.

I know you have said you reinstalled it, but try completely uninstalling, then use CCleaner and reinstall.

If that fails, what operating system are you using, and what exact version of Cache Cleaner, 3.0 what?

CCleaner should do the same thing anyway, and doesn't seem to have any major issues.

 

i have xp pro and it says that the version, even in the properties, that it is 3.0.
