Cache Cleaner

Hi there, can anyone recommend/suggest an app that actually cleans out all the app cache that builds up? I have a Motorola Power G phone, which has Android 10. Normally there's a manual set up for deleting the cache, but for some reason it's not available for Android 10, and the only other alternative is to clear the cache manually. I have tried a few of the so called cache cleaning apps that are available on Google Play, but despite the apps descriptions stating that they clean the cache, they do not.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

CCleaner.
Droid Optimiser.
Auto Optimiser.

 

Thanks for these suggestions. I had tried CCleaner and Droid Optimiser, but neither cleaned out the apps cache. I shall give the Auto Optimiser a try.

 

Thanks plodr. Like you, I had downloaded the user guide pdf file (sorry for not mentioning that in my first post), and couldn't find any information regarding to cleaning out cache files. I did have a quick look at the forum link you shared, and didn't find anything related to the problem. So I guess my next logical thing is to sign up there, and ask a similar question there, before trying any other 3rd party app.

Have you tried AVG Cleaner or Avast Cleanup?

Thanks for your suggestion Eldon. I have just tried this, but see nothing saying Junk. However, in the Internal storage there is a button to Free Up Space, but that button leads to the Google Files app. I also clicked on Portable Storage, but again that leads to the Google Files app.

I know this has taken a few weeks before posting, but I have found an app that actually cleans out all the app cache build up. It is a little slow in doing, but you can actually "watch" it literally cleaning out the stored cache in each app. I say it's a little slow, but it's a lot easier and less time consuming, than cleaning out each apps cache, one by one manually. The app has a lot of other features included, but to be honest I myself don't need them, they may be helpful to others. Anyway, here's the link to the app, it's called Assistant For Android...
