cachedsoap?

    New to this - have files called cachedsoap' in my temporary Internet files' no matter what i try unable to remove files can anyone help?

    Welcome to MG's!

    Download, install and run CCleaner. This will remove all of these unnecessary files.

    Thanks for the welcome. Loaded C/CLEANER ran it - no luck any ideas?

    CCleaner cleans that folder and any other junk files. It should have cleaned it with anything else.

    Download and install CleanUp! 4.0. Run this and it should remove any leftovers.

    Number of runs but it cleared the files - thanks should have come to this site first - I have spent the last couple of days trying to get rid of this s#$%t.

    Glad you got your problem fixed, I would recommend running one of those on a regular basis to stay clean from junk files.
