Calls From Desktop Disconnects My Usb Devices

I haven't noticed this happening before, but seems like every time someone calls me, or if I call someone, regardless if I pick up the call, every time the call ends it disconnects my USB devices. I suspect this is what corrupted one of my external HDD's, and I have 4 more external HDD's connected via USB. It doesn't just disconnect my HDD's but also my webcam, razer headphones and my sound device.

What could be causing calls to disconnect my USB devices and does anyone knows a fix for this?

I run a desktop PC on Windows 10 Home.
I don't know what specs are relevant to this, please let me know what additional information is needed.
