I have an Asus G2S laptop running Vista Home Premium Service pack 1. My dilemma is that when I am in System Configuration & select Normal Startup & restart my laptop it will start in safe mode. I have to go back to System Configuration and click Selective start-up (Load system services & Load startup items is highlighted) which deselects safe mode, and then it will boot out of safe mode. This was happening before & after I added service pack 1. Has anyone come across this problem or can help me fix this glitch. :confused Much appreciated for any help.
